Associate Director of Quantitative Research manages and oversees a Client service Team.
Leader for team: directly coaches and mentors staff, builds relationships with M3 clients, ensures projects complete on time and within budget.
Process & System Updates: assists with updating processes and internal systems for efficient and collaborative team work.
- Manage, mentor, appraise and develop team members: monitoring team KPI’s and workload distribution.
- Provide guidance and mentoring: to members of the operations team.
- Manage project escalations: ensures project completion on time and within budget; partners with internal stakeholders to address issues and improve performance.
- Adapt, develop and initiate processes, procedures, and system enhancements: works closely with senior management.
- Investigate and manage project escalations: ensures projects complete on time and meet client satisfaction.
- Monitor productivity and data collection quality: for team projects.
- Oversee the billing process: ensuring projects meet expected profitability.
- Support best practices and policies: for client service.
- Execute client service improvement plans: ensures collaboration with sales and team members, providing consistent and solution-oriented approach.
- Oversee training: for new and current employees.
- Approve annual leave, expense reports, and quarterly reviews: for direct reports.
Education & Training: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Minimum Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Quantitative Market Research
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Experience in healthcare focused Market Research (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing employees (preferred)
- Experience with complex market research projects (preferred): programming, intricate sampling, international translations, patients, or patient referrals.
Knowledge, Skill, Ability:
- Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
