Full-Time Associate Director, Quantitative Research

Associate Director manages and oversees a Client service Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor team members, ensuring team KPIs and workload distribution are effectively managed.
• Guide and mentor operations team members.
• Manage project escalations to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion, partnering with internal stakeholders to address issues.
• Collaborate with senior management to refine processes, procedures, and systems.
• Investigate and manage project escalations, ensuring timely and client-satisfying project completion.
• Monitor team project data collection productivity and quality.
• Manage team billing to ensure profitability.
• Support the development and implementation of best practices and client service policies.
• Execute client service improvement plans, collaborating with sales and team members for a consistent client experience.
• Provide training for new and existing team members.
• Approve annual leave, expense reports, and direct reports' quarterly reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in Market Research, with 3+ years of project management experience.
• Healthcare-focused Market Research experience (preferred).
• 1+ year managing employees (preferred).
• Experience with complex market research (programming, sampling, translations, international projects, patients, or patient referrals) (preferred).
