Full-Time Associate Director, Strategic Finance

Associate Director, Strategic Finance will support overall corporate strategy, including leading the long-range planning process (LRP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the development of the company's long-range plan.
• Partner with program leadership and stakeholders to harmonize financial planning.
• Lead efforts to build company-wide ROI and asset prioritization capabilities.
• Develop and articulate medium- to long-term financial plans.
• Support business development and licensing initiatives with strategic analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, ONO Finance, and external auditors for annual plan audit.
• Lead/support ad hoc initiatives and develop recommendations.
• Support portfolio management and asset valuation.
• Identify and lead special projects and analysis.
• Prepare and deliver key analysis and presentations to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience developing processes.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (forecasting, P&L, NPV models).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
