As an Associate Manager, Line & Price, you are the day-to-day client partner and analyst coach, ensuring deliverables address key business questions and result in strong client satisfaction. Your recommendations help clients determine new product launches and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery (~65-75%):
- Oversees and reviews end-to-end project execution, providing support as necessary.
- Reviews all inputs and deliverables, ensuring project specifications are accurately represented.
- Provides clear, timely feedback on drafted material.
- Ensures error-proof final materials aligned with project objectives.
- Manages complex SKU List updates, client alignment, and final iteration meeting study objectives.
- Reviews calibration trends, recommendations, and rationale; determines adjustments with minimal support.
- Writes or reviews reports to a high standard (storytelling, including agreed structure and actionable recommendations).
- Knows L&P study processes and supports execution prioritization.
- Supports Analysts/Senior Analysts with L&P tool utilization.
- Ensures project timelines are reasonable and deadlines are met.
- Identifies and recommends solutions for midstream issues in study execution.
- Client Leadership (~10-15%):
- Leads client meetings, reviews action steps.
- Establishes trust as a Single Point Of Contact for Line & Price projects.
- Leads client presentations, communicating clearly and professionally.
- Deepens client and category knowledge for projects.
- Consults with ADs and/or clients on study designs and service suitability.
- Drives client satisfaction through insights and actionable recommendations.
- Team Leadership (~10-15%):
- Participates in training, thought leadership, and/or task forces.
- Coaches analysts, providing feedback and completing feedback forms.
- Drafts PPRs for aligned analysts with senior support.
- Attends analyst PPR conversations.
- Contributes to the BASES culture.
- Tracks time in Project Ops (100% on-time time card submissions).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of relevant experience (marketing, research, consulting, or revenue management)
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and initiatives
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Maintains positive client relationships in complex situations and resolves client issues
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
Compensation:
Market-competitive salary, $64,000-$86,400 base. Potential for sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
