Full-Time Associate Marketplace DashPass Growth Strategy & Ops

DoorDash is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to help grow DashPass, DoorDash's subscription business. We are seeking someone to join our team who can generate insights, conceptualize & test new products, and implement experiences that will reach millions of people around the world. DashPass is one of DoorDash's fastest growing & largest products, meaning you'll have the opportunity to make a big impact on the company at large.

As an Associate on the DashPass S&O team, you will own the ideation and execution of key strategic initiatives to drive DashPass adoption and long-term growth. The role will focus specifically on optimizing our acquisition funnel, driving strategic growth actions, and developing our go-to-market strategy for key occasions & seasonal moments.

You will report into the Senior Manager on our DashPass Growth team.

1. Strategize - Develop sound acquisition strategies using customer-first thinking. You'll identify emerging trends, determine when to scale, and know when it is time to pivot. Take inspiration from real-life use cases to reflect our consumers' needs and wants.
