Full-Time Associate modeler

• Expected to grow project management & technical skills.
• Communicate with partners and customers to get relevant documents.
• Operate the analysis framework to provide AI-driven automated qualification.
• Understand & review/validate business requirements translated from the customer.
• Assess the robustness, quality, and accuracy of the models.
• Evaluate when an escalation is needed to a senior Architect.
• Work with Senior Architects and Pigment Product team to design GenAI based QA tools.
• Offer level 1 support to partner on modeling activities & integrating source software.

• Structured and well organized with strong Project Management skills.
• Skilled in understanding and building complex systems.
• 1-2 years experience in a technical position.
• Expert communicator with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts.
• Skilled in translating detailed data analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
• A great learner of new domains.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product.
• Fluent English and French or additional European languages is an advantage.
• Master’s degree or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
