Job Purpose- Help leading brands navigate the marketplace
- Support the client consulting team in designing and executing high-impact studies
- Develop insight-driven reports that represent the voice of the consumer
- Manage research projects from kickoff to delivery
- Contribute to revenue growth
As an Associate Manager, you will primarily be focused on supporting the consulting team. Under the direction of senior members on the team, you will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, design and conduct quantitative research, and translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
Specific responsibilities include:- Client Leadership:
- Act as a trusted partner to clients
- Guide project workstreams
- Contribute to strategic discussions
- Represent the research team with confidence
- Survey Design & Methodology:
- Guide the development of survey instruments
- Guide decisions on sampling strategy
- Implement advanced quantitative techniques
- Manage survey programming and testing processes
- Analytics & Storytelling:
- Own the initial analysis of complex data sets
- Synthesize findings into clear, business-focused insights
- Build high-impact deliverables
- Collaborate internal teams to enhance primary research
- Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Mentor analyst team members
- Collaborate operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, curiosity
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, social sciences, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
- 3+ years of experience in quantitative market research, consulting, or related fields
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace Suite, and survey tools; experience with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Q) is a plus
