Full-Time Associate Research Manager

At the NIQ Consumer Behavior and Insights team, you’ll design custom research studies that answer complex questions for Fortune 500 brands. This work requires deep thinking, creativity, and a strong grasp of both methodology and business context.

• Help leading brands navigate the marketplace.
• Support the client consulting team in designing and executing high-impact studies.
• Develop insight-driven reports.
• Manage research projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Contribute to revenue growth.

• Act as a trusted partner to clients.
• Guide project workstreams.
• Contribute to strategic discussions.
• Represent the research team in presentations and client meetings.

• Guide the development of survey instruments.
• Guide decisions on sampling strategy.
• Implement advanced quantitative techniques.
• Manage survey programming and testing processes.

• Own the initial analysis of complex data sets.
• Synthesize findings into clear, business-focused insights.
• Build high-impact deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance primary research.

• Mentor analyst team members.
• Collaborate with operations teams.
• Contribute to a culture of accountability.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, social sciences, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
• 3+ years of experience in quantitative market research, consulting, or related fields
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace Suite, and survey tools; experience with statistical software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
