Hourly Rate: $50-$65
As a non-exempt Associate Project Manager at Burwood, you will facilitate project planning, resourcing, tasking tracking, and administrative activities for internal and customer-facing engagements.
You'll work closely with multiple teams to enforce management standards, oversee project portfolio performance, and support Technical Leads and Project Managers on larger client engagements.
Additionally, you'll help drive internal Burwood initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
- Own management responsibilities for smaller scale/standardized initiatives, including planning and oversight of scope execution.
- Support Project Managers/Technical Leads in larger initiatives via task coordination, project reporting, documentation, and meeting minutes.
- Track project tasks, schedules, and milestones, and provide updates to the project team.
- Handle administrative tasks to keep individual contributors focused on production work.
- Serve as application SME and administrative owner for internal time, resource, and invoice management.
- Foster communication and transparency among all teams, including clients.
- Support Burwood resource pool, internal time/invoicing, and PMO/DevOps initiatives.
