Job Details
The Aviation Technical Services Rep delivers aircraft services and support to WinAir clients. Responsibilities include aircraft template building, maintenance schedule configuration, compliance parameter setup, system configuration, data migration, and go-live support.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Build and configure aircraft maintenance templates.
- Ensure configuration accuracy for aviation regulatory standards.
- Assist with system configuration for new client implementations.
- Perform data migration activities.
- Support system testing.
- Maintain service delivery documentation.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Development teams.
Service Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to gather requirements.
- Provide go-live and post-implementation support.
- Support ongoing managed service contracts.
- Contribute to the improvement of service delivery processes.
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Aviation Technology, Aircraft Maintenance, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of aviation maintenance workflows and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience in software implementation, configuration, or data migration is an asset.
