Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS), Microsoft EntraID, and Microsoft Azure Storage Services.
- Administer Microsoft Office 365 applications and services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and Intune.
- Maintain Cisco Meraki network equipment including firewalls, switches and wireless access points.
- Maintain and administer Microsoft Windows Server, SQL and Linux Servers
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems, policies and procedures.
- Provide remote, and potentially local, Tier III Help Desk support across all US time zones.
- Help remediate cybersecurity vulnerabilities using industry-standard applications and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functioning teams to identify and resolve technical problems.
- Exercise a high degree of responsibility for the processes, systems and tools you create and manage.
- Make recommendations, justify and implement improvements using an accepted change control methodology.
Desired Background:
- Undergraduate degree in an applicable professional, business, or technical discipline (preferred)
- Cloud certifications are a plus (Microsoft preferred)
- Four to six years of strong experience in Microsoft Cloud technologies: Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams), Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), , MIcrosoft EntraID, , , Teams, Intune, SQL
- Six to eight years of strong experience managing servers (Microsoft & Linux) and networks.
- Four to six years of experience in administering cybersecurity systems: Email security, Endpoint security, Security Appliances, Enterprise Mobility, Patch Management, SIEM
