Job Details
Provide remote technical support for Experian clients through Salesforce, email, chat, and phone.
Resolve cases opened by clients, including analysis, investigation, documentation check, and troubleshooting for first-time resolution.
Collaborate with product development and other teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate as needed.
Participate in the design and testing phases of new projects, providing input.
Document interactions with clients, including troubleshooting steps, solutions, current action owners, and follow-up plans.
Create knowledge base articles using the Knowledge Centered Service methodology.
Stay informed about product updates, new features, and industry trends related to supported products.
Perform other assigned tasks by management.
Experience Requirements:
- 1-3 years of desktop support, help-desk, or IT-related support.
- 1 year experience in a contact center environment.
Education and Skills:
- BA degree or equivalent experience.
- Windows Server/Linux environment, CLI, FTP, XML, JSON, AD experience.
- English level B2.
