We are looking for a BI Engineer, BI Specialist, Data Warehouse Developer, Data Architect, or Azure Developer—regardless of your exact title—who is passionate about building smart, data-driven solutions and delivering meaningful impact for international clients.As part of our BI Development Team, you will work on exciting, challenging projects that empower organizations to become fully data-driven.
You’ll enjoy autonomy in your approach, have a direct influence on technical direction, and contribute to solutions that truly matter.Additional details:Remote working modelQuarterly in-person meetings in the Netherlands (travel required).
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and build top-tier BI solutions tailored to clients’ specific business needs.
- Drive innovation through improved processes, tooling, and quality standards.
- Take ownership of data governance, quality control, and system reliability.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
- Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

- Enjoy working across multiple (inter)national clients with complex data landscapes.
- Are energized by solving difficult data challenges and automating inefficient processes.
- Have experience across the Microsoft data stack (Power BI, Azure, SQL), but are open to using alternative tools when more effective.
- Value both traditional BI and emerging areas like advanced analytics and operational intelligence.
- Want to be part of a highly data-literate team—where even the marketers speak data.
What You Bring
- Curiosity and drive to learn: You’re continuously improving and staying ahead.
- End-to-end data expertise: Including Power BI, DWH, data modeling, ETL, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure, but AWS or GCP also welcome).
- Strong SQL skills: You can handle complex queries with ease.
- Cloud proficiency: Ideally with Azure; knowledge of AWS or GCP is also valuable.
- Excellent communication skills: Clear, proactive, and comfortable with both tech and business stakeholders.
- Ownership mindset: You take initiative, work independently, and seek solutions proactively.
