This role is part of IT Delivery within the Private Individuals unit focused on Lending area squads. The mission of the PI Delivery Unit is to enable our Business strategy of Building a digital bank with a human touch. We are planning to enlarge our team with a skilled BPM developer focused on Appian technology. The new colleague will be easily assimilated into the team and engaged in Lending projects.
The role will involve:
- Understanding and challenging requirements.
- Developing processes, user interfaces and integration plugins using Appian's functionalities.
- Producing clean code and application configurations.
- Participating in code review, development shadowing, and agile ceremonies.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of the development process.
- Providing L3 support for live applications.
Must have skills:
- Previous experience in a technical consultant or programming role.
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience with BPM platforms (e.g., IBM BPM, Camunda, JBoss, Appian).
- Middle level database programming (preferably cloud-based MariaDB/PostgreSQL).
- Solid integration experience with API, JMS, Kafka.
- Advanced English skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Release automation (Optional): Jenkins, Arti
