Remote Role. No Sponsorship. We’re seeking a Business Analyst who will serve as the critical link between business teams (like Product, Sales, and Marketing) and our technical developers.

Role Overview: Dive deep into business needs, translate them into clear technical requirements, and ensure solutions are aligned with user expectations and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Elicitation & Documentation: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Product Development Support: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize business processes.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop test plans and test cases, and facilitate UAT.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Competitive Analysis: Research and analyze competitor products and market trends.
• Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation for software features.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and analyze problems.
• Contribute to Product Strategy: Provide input and insights to the product roadmap.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Preferred: SaaS industry experience, food supply chain or logistics domain experience.
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with SDLC processes.
• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
