Remote Role. No Sponsorship. We’re seeking a Business Analyst who will serve as the critical link between business teams (like Product, Sales, and Marketing) and our technical developers.
Role Overview: Dive deep into business needs, translate them into clear technical requirements, and ensure solutions are aligned with user expectations and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Elicitation & Documentation: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Product Development Support: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends, develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize business processes.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop test plans and test cases, and facilitate UAT.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Competitive Analysis: Research and analyze competitor products and market trends.
- Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation for software features.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and analyze problems.
- Contribute to Product Strategy: Provide input and insights to the product roadmap.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Preferred: SaaS industry experience, food supply chain or logistics domain experience.
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with SDLC processes.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
