Full-Time Business Analyst

• Full-time employee - Remote
• Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

1. Requirements Gathering: Collect, document, and evaluate business requirements, translating them into user stories.
2. Design: Assess legacy systems, draft transitional plans, and collaborate with the development team.
3. Project Management: Maintain project plans, conduct stakeholder communication, provide team leadership, and ensure quality assurance.
4. Data Architecture: Detail data flow, maintain data quality standards, and participate in data synchronization.
5. Solution Implementation: Enhance and configure Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.
6. Release Management and Testing: Create and manage the release process, conduct testing, and assist with defect resolution.
7. Organizational Change Management: Perform process assessment, develop OCM plans, and support change readiness.
8. Transition Support: Create and deliver knowledge transfer plans.
9. Provide Maintenance and Operations (M&O) services.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
• At least three (3) years of experience in business systems analysis and design.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Salesforce and requirements management.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading scrum sessions.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with ALM tools.
