Full-Time Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document clear business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• Identify process inefficiencies, propose and document optimization strategies using Agentic AI.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align project objectives with client needs.
• Leverage strong analytical skills and SQL expertise to derive insights from complex data sets.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, work closely with PO, development and QA teams.
• Provide expert guidance on industry best practices and emerging trends to clients within the area of claims settlement and Agentic AI use cases in insurance sector.
• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive growth and competitive advantage for clients.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the insurance sector.

Qualifications & Skills required:

• MBA with focus on insurance domain with a bachelor’s in computer science
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• LOMA certification or similar Insurance domain certifications.
• SAFe Agile certification preferred.
• Experience in digital transformation or enterprise software projects.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, or similar.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI is a plus.
• API integration, Testing using tools like Postman is a must.
