Full-Time Business Analyst

Join our team as a Business Analyst. You'll support clients by identifying needs, specifying requirements, and recommending solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in client meetings.
• Assist in identifying and specifying needs.
• Gather business requirements and recommend solutions.
• Maintain product vision.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations.
• Design solutions and support user training.
• Define and plan business requirements.
• Analyze and manage projects (e.g., Agile).
• Create documentation and process visualizations.
• Develop product backlogs and describe communication interfaces.
• Assess change impacts and resolve errors.
• Support acceptance testing (UAT) and model project states.
• Translate business needs for the project team.
• Build domain knowledge and adapt communication methods.
• Collaborate closely with development teams and have a working understanding of how system architecture is created.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to developers and ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.

Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure and stress.
• Creativity and proactive problem-solving.
• Analytical thinking and effective communication.
• Proficiency in digital tools and self-development.
• English: C1/C2
• Proven experience working with developers and technical teams.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and system architecture.
• Experience in IT business analysis (3–6 months preferred).
• Familiarity with British clients and project management tools (Jira).
