Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum) to join our Global IT Delivery Team. In this role, you will act as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Practice & Team Collaboration:Work in a continuous delivery mode with iterative feature delivery. Apply Agile and Lean principles. Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and other BAs.
- Requirements Elicitation & User Story Management:Define detailed project scopes. Create, refine, and maintain user stories, process flows, test cases, and functional/non-functional backlog items. Collaborate with the Product Owner to set priorities and define acceptance criteria. Support testing and validation.
- Documentation & Process Improvement:Produce clear and comprehensive documentation. Identify and drive process improvements aligned with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Must-Have:3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong experience in requirements analysis, user stories, and documentation. Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Good-to-Have:Experience in supply chain or logistics projects. Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS R12. Understanding of EDI and integrations with WMS/TMS/Planning tools. Experience with PL/SQL and Oracle database structures. Exposure to platforms like BlueYonder (JDA), BluJay, SAP
