Full-Time Business Analyst

• Client Requirements: Support the discovery phase of client engagements.
• Implementation planning: Manage client-facing implementation plans.
• Project Management: Manage the implementation plan and post-implementation phase.
• Quality Assurance: Execute on implementation testing plans.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Communicate effectively both internally and externally.
• Market Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of client needs in private credit.
• Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients to gather requirements.

• Experience with financial or credit market systems and their implementation.
• Experience managing client projects and implementations.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Financial Data Domain knowledge.
• Keen attention to details.
• Strong Excel skills.

• Prior knowledge of loans, CLOs and private credit markets.
• Understanding of Order Management, Portfolio Management, Compliance and Security Master systems
• Experience managing projects and system implementations
