Full-Time Business Analyst

Project Aim: As a Business Analyst, collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current and future organizational and IT systems. Balance expectations with feasibility and business value for change initiatives. Responsibilities include discovering, planning, and overseeing scope implementation for projects. Drive operational excellence, work on internal projects, and develop offerings for customers. Work with subject matter experts, development teams, department heads, and top management. Own systems, providing insights and leading their evolution. Offers significant professional growth.

Position Contribution:

• Gather and organize stakeholder expectations, business processes, systems, and tools.
• Build business cases supported by metrics and KPIs.
• Manage and refine system/product backlogs.
• Organize and document system scope and requirements.
• Validate solution coherence with business requirements.
• Serve as Product Owner for internal systems.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment and project success.

• 2+ years of commercial experience.
• Excellent communication and analysis skills, English C1.
