Full-Time Business Analyst, Automation & AI - Remote

• Lead the end-to-end intake process for automation and AI projects.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to define strategic automation roadmaps.
• Conduct detailed current-state assessments and translate manual workflows into structured, automatable processes.
• Perform comprehensive Return on investment modeling and sensitivity analyses.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions with senior team members.
• Collaborate with automation architects, developers, and data scientists to shape requirements.
• Oversee initiative tracking, reporting, and communication of value realization metrics.
• Establish and improve the intake and governance framework for automation and AI projects.
• Be a subject-matter advisor on automation trends, intelligent document processing, generative AI use cases, and ethical AI considerations.

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process automation, AI, or digital transformation.
• Experience defining and delivering automation or AI-enabled solutions with measurable Return on investment.
• Experience with automation and AI technologies, including MS Playwright, RPA, workflow orchestration, intelligent document processing, and generative AI.
• Experience in business case development and financial modeling.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and influence prioritization decisions across departments.
• Storytelling skills—able to distill technical details into clear, actionable business narratives.
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Prior experience designing or operationalizing automation governance frameworks or intake portals.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) for tracking automation KPIs.
• Certification in business analysis (CBAP), Agile (CSPO/PMI-ACP), or RPA platforms.
