Full-Time Business Analyst- Manufacturing

• Analyze business scenarios and requirements for production, engineering, MRP, and APS.
• Design computer programs and recommend automated system controls.
• Determine operational objectives and gather information.
• Work closely with end users to analyze and document systems requirements.
• Identify project milestones and keep team within timeline and budget.
• Construct workflow charts and write specifications.
• Develop organizational change management framework and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Maintain automated system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
• Create end-user documentation and deliver training.
• Partner with business and technical teams in establishing project teams.
• Gather required data from end-users to create technical specifications.
• Serve as liaisons between technical and non-technical departments.
• Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion.
• Acquire new systems knowledge through research and training.

• 3+ years of relevant experience with Manufacturing solutions.
• ERP experience required.
• Ability to analyze issues.
• In-depth functional, technical and market knowledge.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to gather business requirements and write detailed functional specifications.
• Ability to act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
