Full-Time Business Analyst, Privacy

• Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate change management by translating business needs into functional specifications
• Collaborate with business units to design and test system updates
• Handle user access requests and conduct quarterly access reviews
• Ensure timely communication and escalation of issues across stakeholders
• Monitor system workflows daily for errors and bugs; triage and resolve issues using established processes
• Manage and track support tickets with vendors and internal teams
• Support the System Administrator in day-to-day application management
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on system performance and usage
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of IT experience in business analysis
• Proven ability to identify gaps, risks, and recommend solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed
• Experience in data analysis and reporting

• Familiarity with Privacy Technology and SaaS platforms
• Experience with business intelligence tools
• Knowledge of Python and REST APIs
• Passion for learning and staying current with industry trends
