• Lead the development and implementation of advanced data qualification strategies, focusing on innovation and efficiency.
• Offer strategic insights that impact high-level decisions.
• Diagnose and resolve critical data quality problems, leading initiatives for correction and continuous improvement in partnership with operations, technology, and business teams.
• Produce and manage comprehensive documentation on data qualification processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and policies.
• Act as a project leader in continuous improvement initiatives for data management processes, promoting the integration of best practices throughout the organization.
• Conduct complex data quality analyses daily, using advanced tools and automated scripts.
• Establish and maintain strategic communication with leaders from different teams to understand and anticipate complex needs and challenges related to data quality.
• Facilitate high-level meetings to review the status of data quality and promote the discussion of improvement strategies with senior stakeholders.
• Update and maintain reports, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of information for all levels of the organization.

What We Seek:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• Advanced experience in managing and manipulating complex databases.
• Proficiency in SQL language and ability to develop complex queries and scripts.
• Proven experience in Power BI or other advanced data visualization tools.
• Experience in data analysis, with a history of leadership in process improvement projects.
• Advanced analytical ability to handle large volumes of data and perform complex diagnostics.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage multifunctional teams at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and strategic capacity to propose effective and innovative solutions.
• Proactivity and autonomy to lead innovation initiatives and drive significant changes in data quality.
