Full-Time Business Development Manager Biometrics

As Business Development Manager, you will identify and explore strategic business development opportunities focused on biometrics within Clinical Research to maximize growth.

Responsibilities:

• Grow Biometrics Business with new and existing customers, emphasizing customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Actively network to find new opportunities in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry and build key relationships.
• Negotiate and close business deals.
• Build strong relationships with internal departments, understanding their services to support lateral business opportunities.
• Represent customer needs to internal departments and follow up on proposal and contract development.
• Develop and maintain the CRM database.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent.
• Experience in Clinical research and CRO business, with solid technical understanding of biometrics (data management or biostatistics).
• Proven track record of 5+ years in sales and/or business development in the Life Sciences industry.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong understanding of the clinical drug development process.
• Collaborative, friendly, socially responsible, committed to health, safety, and sustainability.
