Job Details
As Business Development Manager, you will identify and explore strategic business development opportunities focused on biometrics within Clinical Research to maximize growth.
Responsibilities:
- Grow Biometrics Business with new and existing customers, emphasizing customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Actively network to find new opportunities in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry and build key relationships.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Build strong relationships with internal departments, understanding their services to support lateral business opportunities.
- Represent customer needs to internal departments and follow up on proposal and contract development.
- Develop and maintain the CRM database.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent.
- Experience in Clinical research and CRO business, with solid technical understanding of biometrics (data management or biostatistics).
- Proven track record of 5+ years in sales and/or business development in the Life Sciences industry.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of the clinical drug development process.
- Collaborative, friendly, socially responsible, committed to health, safety, and sustainability.
