Your Mission as Business Development Manager: drive business growth, build relationships, and shape the future of clinical research at SGS.

- Lead business growth by identifying strategic opportunities.
- Build and nurture key relationships in the (bio)pharma industry.
- Negotiate and close deals that deliver value to SGS and clients.
- Stay ahead of market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align services with client needs.
- Maintain and expand CRM database to support business intelligence.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent.
- Solid experience in Clinical Research, CRO, or related fields.
- 5+ years in sales or business development in Life Sciences.
- Deep understanding of the clinical drug development process.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
