Full-Time Business Development Manager Western Europe

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and exploring strategic business development opportunities within the Clinical Research business to maximize organization growth.

This includes:

• Growing the Clinical Research Business with both new and existing customers, emphasizing customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Actively networking to identify new opportunities in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry and establishing key relationships.
• Negotiating and closing business deals.
• Building strong relationships with internal functional departments and maintaining in-depth knowledge of their services to support lateral business opportunities.
• Representing customer needs to internal functional departments and following up on the proposal and contract development process.
• Developing and maintaining the CRM database.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent.
• Experience in Clinical research and CRO business, or other associated, relevant businesses.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales and/or business development within the Life Sciences industry.
• Fluency in English. Other languages are a plus.
