Full-Time Business Intelligence Lead Analyst

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Develop wireframes, dashboards, and visualizations to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and solution sustainability.
• Lead solution design sessions and propose innovative approaches to BI challenges.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance in BI reporting environments.
• Explore and implement AI-powered features in BI tools to enhance insights and automation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align BI solutions with business objectives.

• Strong expertise in Tableau and Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, data analysis, and ETL processes.
• Experience in solution design, documentation, and BI best practices.
• Ability to create wireframes and translate business requirements into BI deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled features in BI tools is a plus.
• Snowflake experience is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal English is required.

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence.
