This Business Strategy & Transformation Leader will help strengthen ServiceNow's Technology & Services organization by driving innovation, advancing data-driven practices and ensuring alignment with cross-functional verticals.
This role will focus on implementing solutions to enhance decision-making, measurement and focus which support ServiceNow's growth objectives & drive efficiency across the Technology & Services organization.
This role will be instrumental in:
- Helping identify key trends and opportunities and operationalize these with our vertical partner organizations
- Driving AI adoption and other solutions to enhance processes and deliver results
- Harnessing data-driven insights to accelerate growth opportunities
- Ensuring the success and impact of AI and other initiatives through analysis and ongoing refinement
As the leader of ServiceNow Technology & Services advanced transformation function, they will drive innovation by championing data-driven strategies and fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.

- Innovation Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in AI, analytics, program management, process design and beyond. Continuously drive innovation and improvement to elevate Technology & Services capabilities across the organization.
