Job Details
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role will bridge business needs with technology solutions, focusing on optimizing processes and integrating with Salesforce and other platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with teams to analyze business processes.
- Translate functional requirements into system specifications.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of third-party systems.
- Optimize Salesforce integrations with other tools.
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses.
- Ensure effective system changes.
- Provide ongoing support for existing systems.
- Stay updated with Revenue Operations technology.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Expertise in Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Revenue Operations processes.
- Experience with API interface tools.
- Ability to evaluate and deploy third-party SaaS tools.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management methodologies experience.
- Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
