We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst with experience in Revenue Operations. This role bridges business needs with technology solutions, optimizing processes and integrating with Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Partner with teams to analyze business processes.
- Translate requirements into system specifications.
- Lead the implementation of third-party systems.
- Optimize Salesforce integrations.
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses.
- Ensure effective system changes.
- Provide ongoing system support.
- Stay updated with Revenue Operations technology.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Expertise in Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Revenue Operations processes.
- Experience with API interface tools preferred.
- Ability to deploy SaaS tools that integrate with Salesforce.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Experience in fintech is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
