Call Center Representative
We seek a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build customer relationships through communication
- Provide accurate information using proper methods/tools
- Meet sales and call handling targets
- Handle complaints, offering solutions & alternatives within time limits; follow up
- Record interactions, process accounts, and file documents
- Adhere to communication procedures and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
