Call Center Representative

We seek a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build customer relationships through communication
  • Provide accurate information using proper methods/tools
  • Meet sales and call handling targets
  • Handle complaints, offering solutions & alternatives within time limits; follow up
  • Record interactions, process accounts, and file documents
  • Adhere to communication procedures and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
