Full-Time Capture and Content Strategy Lead

• Capture Tool Strategy & Infrastructure: Assess existing bid platforms and make recommendations for future tool investments. Stand up selected tools and design repeatable search and reporting processes.
• Pipeline Development & Opportunity Qualification: Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities. Create and optimize search filters and CRM tracking.
• Opportunity Vetting & Agency Engagement: Conduct outreach to vet opportunity fit and confirm submission strategies. Ensure proper registration and positioning for relevant vehicles.
• Proposal Content & Writing Support: Collaborate to produce clear, compelling content. Draft and review executive summaries, narratives, win themes, and technical solutions. Shape proposal standards and reusability.
• Past Performance Library Management: Collect, format, and curate past performance data. Maintain and expand a centralized library.
• Strategic Marketing Support: Provide ideas for marketing tactics that support capture outcomes, including targeted collateral, advertising, and thought leadership.

• 7+ years in capture management, B&P content development, or public sector BD roles.
• Ability to assess, implement, and manage capture platforms.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes.
• Highly organized and process-oriented.

• Experience standing up a capture or B&P function in a small or mid-sized business.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, network engineering, cloud architecture, IT modernization.
• Comfort interacting with procurement officials and teaming partners.
• Exposure to marketing or pre-capture brand strategy.
