Our Fortune 100 financial services client seeks a Card Implementation Manager to oversee virtual card implementation projects for their banking partner.
Location: Remote (US time zones)
Duration: Approximately 12 months, possible extension

Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to prioritize commercial card conversions.
- Manage simple to complex virtual card implementations.
- Engage with clients in kickoff and ongoing meetings to define requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Complete program setups and ensure client success.
- Support clients during and after launch.
- Identify implementation process gaps and challenges.
- Manage Salesforce intake requests.
- Champion change by educating team on virtual cards.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience implementing card programs/platforms.
- Experience in virtual card implementation.
- 2+ years experience managing card program/platform implementation teams.
- 2+ years client communication and management experience.
- 2+ years directly managing complex credit card programs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (executive level).
- Project management certification (PMQ, PMEC, etc.)
- Knowledge of Commercial Card Expense reporting platforms.
- Understanding of Commercial/Corporate Card implementations.
- Experience with TSYS platform and Salesforce.
Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00/hour (negotiable based on experience).
