About the role:As a Category Manager Italy (m/f/d) at Redcare Pharmacy, you'll drive the success of our Italian assortment. Manage and optimize our e-commerce product portfolio to meet customer needs.
About your tasks:
- Analyze category KPIs and market data to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and react to changes.
- Handle onsite pricing and collaborate with marketing teams on product placement for campaigns and promotions.
- Work closely with internal teams (Procurement, Controlling, Marketing) and external partners to streamline category processes.
- Improve category structures, processes, and merchandising strategies with the team.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Category Management, preferably in E-Commerce or health-related products.
- Strong data-driven approach, analytics skills to interpret sales data, financial metrics, and market trends.
- Customer-focused mindset, adaptability to dynamic environments.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
Location: Cologne or Berlin, Germany (remote work possible).
