Job Description:

1. CAD Design application installation and troubleshooting. (CATIA V5/V6)
2. License configuration authorization and project folder access.
3. Good understanding of Active Directory (AD), SCCM Tool.
4. Knowledge about Trend Micro Antivirus and Falcon Crowd Strike Antivirus.
5. Expertise in remote support, VPN connectivity with troubleshooting skills.
6. Hardware and software related troubleshooting.
7. Installation, configuration, upgrade and troubleshoot of Desktop/Laptops on Windows 7&10 operating Systems through the SCCM like Deploy an OS image, install/uninstall software’s, remote control, system information, etc.
8. Good experience in installation, configuring, backup& troubleshooting of MS applications 2013/16 &office365like Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, etc.) and all others Microsoft product/application identification, navigation.
9. Install various software like 3DDesign softs i.e. Catia, Team center, AutoCAD, UGNX, Creo Parameter, Edgecam, solid works, VWGRCLITE, 3D experience CATIA V6, Adobe creative cloud, Process simulation, Ansa, Hyper mesh etc

Education: Graduate in any field.

Experience: Min 5 Yrs
