As a change manager, you’ll guide our client through transformations to accelerate them towards their goals.
You'll apply change management models, methodologies, processes, and tools to assess and drive change adoption. Meeting the client's need for highly visible programs, projects, and initiatives.
About you
- Comfortable working with product, design, and delivery teams to support change initiatives, from idea to execution.
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape and product delivery.
- Empathetic, communicative, and collaborative.
- Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem.
- Successful in driving change and project results despite fluctuating requirements.
- Motivated and driven to deliver on deadlines, promises, and results.
- Track record of recommending and implementing improvements to projects and processes for clients.
About the team
The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve client challenges.
You'll work alongside architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective while contributing unique insights to develop innovative solutions.
Experience
- 5-10 years in change management or a similar role, practicing and applying change methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Extensive experience leading change initiatives focused on new technical products/tools.
- 2+ years of management consulting experience (preferably at a large firm).
- Experience collaborating with and influencing technical teams, including product owners and software developers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Emergency Operation Centers (EOCs) and/or first responders (highly preferred).
- Experience working within the utilities industry.
- Prosci Change Practitioner certification or comparable.
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay range: $66-$89.
Final rate depends on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
