Role Overview: Seeking a visionary CPO to lead product strategy and development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define long-term product strategy aligned with revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop a differentiated product vision supporting strategic objectives and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business needs into product initiatives.
- Lead a high-performing product team fostering innovation and excellence in execution.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Prioritize product development using data-driven decision-making based on customer needs and market demands.
- Leverage experience with private equity-backed companies to understand fast-paced growth and scaling challenges.
- Align product development with financial objectives and investor milestones.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and results to investors and stakeholders.
- Partner with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams for seamless execution.
- Foster a customer-centric culture by collaborating with customer success, sales, and support teams.
- Build and lead a high-performing product team driving collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop product managers ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience with private equity-backed companies, ideally in revenue management, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Strong experience managing product development in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Track record of successfully scaling products (new product development, product portfolio management, and global market expansion).
