Full-Time Staff Product Manager

Homebound's product organization is growing and seeking a Staff Product Manager to deliver value through innovative solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver user-centric solutions optimizing construction workflows, integrating technology and human expertise for exceptional experiences.
• Define and communicate a vision for improving the homebuilding platform, fostering alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Translate the vision into a prioritized roadmap.
• Gather technical requirements from stakeholders, understanding the 'why' behind the 'what'.
• Make high-stakes trade-offs between features, prioritizing those that meet business goals and user needs.
• Identify product gaps and gather requirements via research (internal, market, customer).
• Develop and maintain specifications, user stories, and use cases to guide development.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Product Management/Development experience
• 3+ years managing cross-functional projects
• Proven success driving cross-company initiatives in startup and corporate environments
• Experience defining, building, launching innovative features that drive KPIs, improve efficiency, and reduce customer pain points
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong quantitative skills to analyze business impact and report results
• Self-starter with ambitious goals and effective self-management across multiple priorities
• Technical depth to communicate and earn the respect of engineers
• Business savvy to interface with all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to lead in ambiguous environments

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with residential construction workflows
• Application of AI/ML techniques
