Full-Time Client Service Analyst

• Coordinate and facilitate Continuous Improvement activities.
• Evaluate process improvement opportunities and define process metrics.
• Coordinate with departments to prioritize process improvements.
• Analyze data to define problems and prepare reports.
• Ensure conformance with company standards.
• Monitor compliance to Non-conformance and Corrective Action.
• Assist in planning and preparing training sessions.
• Participate and lead in improvement projects.
• Apply problem-solving skills and proven solutions.
• Apply existing processes and procedures to solve problems.
• Utilize Microsoft Windows, MAC, Excel, Word, and Business Objects/CRDM.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Digital print knowledge and EDI workflows preferred.
