Full-Time Client Services Analyst Expert

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with partners to define process requirements and initiate production workflows using appropriate tools and applications.
• Evaluate project complexity, estimate timelines, and manage task assignments.
• May manage project resources and lead meetings with clients or management.
• Interpret and process orders using relevant tools and systems.
• Develop and implement processing plans for new programs or procedures.
• Monitor job accuracy and completeness; troubleshoot and apply necessary updates or enhancements.
• Communicate project status to team members, clients, and partners.
• Analyze client data and develop custom project code to meet specific requirements.
• Resolve complex technical issues; serve as a technical resource and provide training and support.
• Mentor new team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with new tools and procedures.
• Provide feedback to improve product documentation and training materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a computing or technical environment
• Proficient in SQL, Unix, Oracle, and DB2, SAS, AWS or any cloud computing experience
