Job Details
The Client Support Analyst (CSA) role supports Experian's partner during year-end operations. It combines client relationship management, data oversight, project management, technical system fluency, and production accuracy. Reports to the Director of Customer Success.
What you'll do:
- Oversee end-to-end client case management.
- Support data validation, formatting, and delivery for year-end tax forms.
- Maintain high-touch client communication.
- Navigate multiple tools including Salesforce (SFDC), Smartsheet, internal platforms, Excel.
- Troubleshoot production and data issues.
- Collaborate with internal peers for error-free processing.
- Do QA outputs, understand specs, and identify file formatting issues.
- Available Oct-Feb for extended hours, some weekends/evenings.
You have:
- 3+ years of experience in Client Services
- Advanced Customer Success metrics skills
- Experience with enterprise-level clients in regulated industries
- Experience with payroll in US/CAN tax forms (W2, 1099, PR, T4 RL1)
- Experience with tax year-end processing, data-heavy client services
- Experience leading training and presentations with clients
- Advanced Excel, Salesforce, and Smartsheet knowledge
