Job Details
Experian Marketing Service is seeking a Client Technical Support Senior to consult with clients, configure parameters, and schedule services to execute processing and deliver results. Responsibilities include data analysis, project management, technical support, and troubleshooting.
- Provide ongoing data analysis and project management.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and process execution.
- Collaborate with internal groups to define process requirements.
- Interpret project specifications to produce desired results.
- Analyze client data to validate accuracy.
- Monitor accuracy and completeness of projects.
- Communicate status updates.
- 2+ years in a technical processing environment.
- Technical Bachelor’s degree in progress or complete.
- Basic programming skills; SQL and Alteryx preferred.
- Amazon Web Services (Athena and S3) and Visual Studio skills preferred.
- Strong PC skills in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent multitasking capabilities.
