Job Details
As a Client Technical Support Senior, you will consult with clients to realize their project goals, configure parameters, and schedule services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide data analysis and project management.
- Ensure accurate and punctual processing of client orders.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and process execution.
- Collaborate to define process requirements.
- Interpret specifications and produce desired results efficiently.
- Analyze data to validate accuracy and determine next steps.
- Enter or alter program logic to start production process.
- Monitor project accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate status with team members and end-users.
What your background looks like:
- 2+ years in a technical processing environment.
- Technical Bachelor’s degree in progress or complete.
- Basic programming skills.
- Strong PC skills in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent multitasking capabilities.
Preferred Skills:
- SQL and Alteryx skills.
- Amazon Web Services (Athena and S3) and Visual Studio skills.
