The CAE is responsible for enhancing clinical and financial outcomes for client memberships through comprehensive management and consultation.
What you'll do
- Strategic Consultation: Provide expert consultation to clients.
- Clinical Program Implementation: Lead the up-selling and implementation of clinical program solutions.
- Client Escalation Management: Effectively manage client escalations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal cross-functional teams.
- Industry Insight: Stay current on industry trends.
- Medication Utilization Review: Review medication utilization.
- Data-Driven Communication: Analyze and communicate data.
- Clinical Strategy Development: Oversee the development of clinical strategies.
- Client Service Coordination: Collaborate with Account Executives.
- Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical oversight.
- Annual Strategy Presentation: Develop and present clinical strategies.
- Plan Review and Improvement: Review plan setups.
- Process Improvement: Implement predictable processes.
What we’re looking for
- Education: B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. preferred; advanced degrees or pharmacy residency preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in pharmacy, managed care, or PBM industry.
- Licenses: Current U.S. Pharmacist License.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management, strong communication, leadership, business acumen, client relationship skills, analytical skills, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration.
