About This Role: The Biogen West Coast Hub (WCH) is focused on transforming lives of patients with severe immune-mediated diseases by developing novel targeted therapies. We are seeking a Clinical Development Lead to expand our presence beyond ongoing Phase 3 trial.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent the Biogen West Coast Hub Development team.
- Identify additional transplant indications for felzartamab, differentiating it from current market competitors.
- Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Employ innovative approaches for rare disease drug development and real-world evidence.
- Design and implement a robust felzartamab framework.
- Coordinate with study team members to develop well-structured protocols.
- Support regulatory filings.
- Support internal and external clinical translational studies.
- Serve as subject matter expert on the safety reviews.
- Present at investigator meetings.
- Contribute to data analysis and study readouts.
- Integrate scientific rationale with regulatory, payor requirements and commercial goals.
- Present compelling data at international meetings.

Qualifications:
- MD degree with board certification in nephrology, immunology, or similar field.
- 5-7+ years of clinical drug development experience.
- Strong background in clinical research with ideal experience in organ transplant, nephrology, immuno-inflammatory indications.
- Broad knowledge of basic, translational, and clinical science.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical capabilities.
- Experience facilitating discussions and driving decisions.
- Willingness to travel.
