- Supervises clinical trials according to ICH GCP, regulations, procedures, and protocols.
- Monitors budget negotiations and research timelines.
- Manages Lead Coordinators, overseeing quality and results of their work.
- Ensures continuous improvement and standardization of the research process.
- Creates a work culture promoting transparency, high performance and openness.
- Manages and supervises teams, ensuring individual development through feedback and training.
- Provides performance evaluations.
- Supervises and participates in audits and inspections.
- Builds and sustains relationships with clients (sponsors, CROs, medical institutions).
- Supports network development by promoting the brand.
