Full-Time Clinical Project Manager

Telix Pharmaceuticals is a dynamic, fast-growing radiopharmaceutical company.

Clinical Project Manager (CPM) supports and oversees day-to-day responsibilities of multiple early phase regional clinical trials.

1. Support planning, setup, maintenance, and closeout phases of trials.
2. Manage all trial aspects: vendor selection, site feasibility, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
3. Monitor CRO, vendors, and investigational sites.
4. Support clinical development document drafting, review, and updating (e.g., Clinical Trial Protocols, Informed Consent Forms).
5. Ensure effective project plans.
6. Identify and mitigate risks.
7. Manage project tasks (site monitoring, CRF/database development, data collection, patient safety).
8. Manage small/medium projects or regional leadership of complex projects.
9. Oversee the Trial Master File (TMF) and audits.

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's in life sciences, 2+ years experience in Clinical Trial Project Management, strong understanding of clinical trials, experience with early phase trials (Phase 1-2), oncology/radiopharmaceuticals preferred, ability to deal with multiple priorities.
• Skills: ICH GCP knowledge, drug development, industry practices, regulatory processes, analytical, organizational, planning, decision-making, negotiation, conflict management, building professional relationships, Microsoft Office, CTMS, eTMF, regional start-up experience, study strategy pivoting, conflict resolution, project financials, strong communication skills.
