Job Details
As a Clinical Research Associate at PSI, you will monitor clinical studies across various therapeutic areas, upholding industry-leading quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting and reporting on all types of on-site monitoring visits.
- Participating in study startup and feasibility research.
- Performing CRF review, source document verification, and query resolution.
- Managing site communication and relationships.
- Serving as a point of contact for internal support services and vendors.
- Communicating study progress to internal project teams.
- Supporting the regulatory team in preparing study submission documents.
Qualifications:
- College/University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
- Proven on-site monitoring experience in Mexico.
- Experience with all types of monitoring visits (Phase II/II).
- Full working proficiency in English and Spanish.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel.
